    you have to learn how to jump the darn rope, and THEN get to the cardio training that she is showing. Rope? Nope. I would rather run. You already know how run.

    I just dont even know how can you do this for so long with only 10 sec break. I nearly got heart attack when i was doing jump rope. I am just 26 slightly overweight. I take 1 min break after skipping 40 times. Should I do better?
