    Awesome workout! You have so mad skills:) I love jumping rope too and do it almost daily. I had one question or rather concerns of why you would jump on concrete? It's the worst surface to jump on and that's not just personal opinion, ask or check out any info and any great jump roper would agree…in fact I just watched awesome video of Buddy Lee and he said completely avoid concrete. So just a friendly thought/suggestion.

    In all honesty the weather doesnt have that big of an impact when you go running in my opinion. Rain doesnt matter much but snow can and then biking can be done indoor if you have one of those rollers which you bike on so you can do it indoors but thats more for the bike sprinters

    Grab a Cable Freestyle rope for 14 bucks off ebay and some Ropix shoes ( made for jump rope ) with those and a decent mat its a sick home workout. that rope cheap and beats any expensive one ive tried even buddy lee
