    Thanks MH for this routine and all other routines that you put out. I couldn't stand a 60 sec jump rope in the past, but I improved greatly just watching your training videos and cardio routines. Jump rope is now my number one cardio exercise.

    damn man youre in great shape to be able to skip rope 20 mins straight. I have to do 1 minute on 1 minute off and after 20 minutes Im still dying lol
