    Can someone explain the science of strength training to me? I thought time under tension (as he mentioned in the intro) built muscle size, not strength.

    yo Austin, I just recently found your channel and you are so much motivation to do calisthenics i love your vids. So i have one question if you could answer it would be great. I used to do weight lifting all the time few yers ago. i was pretty big, weighted 190pounds could bench like 290pounds. advanced in one word. but i quit for a year or so, lost alot of muscle and weight overall, now I weight 160pounds and been training for a while now. so my question is if i can get results faster because i had all of those muscle back then? doing calisthenics of course
