20 Minute Spin Class Workout (FAT BURNING INDOOR CYCLING!!)

This 20 minute spin class workout is a great fat burning indoor cycling routine. This spin class workout includes intervals of high intensity spinning followed by periods of lower intensity indoor cycling. It’s a great idea to include indoor cycling class in your workout plan one to two days per week on days that you’re not lifting weights.

This 20 minute spinning workout will get your heart rate pumping and help you burn fat and calories. You can do this indoor cycling workout at home if you’ve got a stationary or spinning bike, or it can be done in the gym. You’ll need to adjust the resistance on your spinning bike to make sure you’re working harder during the high intensity intervals, and let up on the resistance a little bit during the lower intensity periods.

A 20 minute indoor cycling workout is the perfect amount of time to give your metabolism a boost to help burn fat. However too much cardio exercise can actually waste away at your muscle tone. Make sure to keep spinning workouts to a maximum of 2 per week.

    Having just had my Spin bike returned to me, I've started back up with it this morning with this workout. I used to do 45 minute Spin classes and thought, "What can a 20 minute Spin class possibly do for me?" A lot. It can do A LOT! In a way, I'm a beginner again as it's been so long since I've done this. I already know the proper bike set up and alignment with your body, so that didn't even phase me that it wasn't explained. I do need to go buy a seat cushion though. Forgot how much it hurts the glutes! I'm not as cushy back there as I used to be! Thanks to the Pilates I do daily! I also need to buy replacement pedal straps. Those came off years ago and can't recall why or what I did with them. I'll be doing this workout again tomorrow!

    my arms are butchered!! After doing this for first time, my legs fine..it's been three days of arm rest and I'm still struggling to scratch my head, lift my drink. Wonder if I've literally torn my arm muscles?

    A great 45 minute workout. Daniel – I love you, but can you please not talk as much during each round? Maybe just explain the proper form in the first round, and then remind us in the 5-6 round, when we are getting fatigued? Thank you both for making challenging workouts that go by quickly!!
