20 Minute Tabata Workout for Beginners – Stimulating Fat Loss Routine

This Tabata workout for beginners makes your muscles burn and stimulates fat loss! It focuses specifically on the thighs and legs overall. It consists of two sets that are repeated multiple times.     do you have a tabata workout that would work for more stomach than legs? BTW thanks for this one. Sweating and my legs burn so it must work 😉

    good morning !!! Wrote out alot of your workouts but I like this one and am going to do this this morning. U are sweet n pretty. love your accent too. Thanks for making great videos. They are great for me concidering I have arthritis n its soo hard for me to do other workouts. 🙂

    Very low key workout. Mostly leg workout. Could use more comments from the instructor about keeping abs engaged, maybe higher intensity choices.

    I have Multiple Sclerosis (21 yrs), and my legs/balance have been an issue for the last few years. I used predominately arm exercises to keep fit and Tai Chi to help with balance.  Recently, due to medi-ports in the upper veins for medicine infusions, when ever I use my upper body my head, neck and arms swell, turn purple, very painful and get dizzy and nauseous.  I began to put on weight rather quickly.  20 pounds in 3 months, people say they don't see it, I "carry it well", but I see it, and more importantly I feel it.  It is depressing and I don't want to be seen.  I have joined my fitness pal trying to keep myself accountable of all calories, but had not found any exercises I could safely do, until fitness pal showed this.  Although I am not completely able to do this workout at the pace set here YET, I am excited to do what I can, and I believe I WILL be able to fairly soon get up the pace.  Not being able to workout the arms, I thought I was forever stuck walking slowly and short distances as my only source of exercise. THANK YOU!
