    I like the guys From military, you remind me when I was in A military school, it was alot of training out there mostly are bodyweight. these exercises are useful though

    new year new me, like with a lot of us, i had my tonsils removed 2 weeks ago and it wasnt pleasant feeling, especially 3 days. Thought if i get through that shit, i might aswell start with building my body into better shape, its new year now, wrote few excercices up and divided them on 4 days per week, today was the first day and didfew excercices from this video. Im realy suprised, i never even knew how much only bent knew ground vipers put strain on abdominal mussels, realy new strain and i havent done excercises for ages, simple excercise and it works realy well. i definetly dont want to be that weakling again like i felt wheni had tonsils removed the first 3 days, i hope that will motivate me enough to get better.

    Hey Maj. Tee, What's your thoughts on the proper push up form? I got critiqued about my push up form at the gym and what I was doing was putting my elbows too far out causing something called shoulder arc. Your thoughts?
