    Meg, I've read that a better progression for people who can't do a full pushup is an incline pushup rather than knees

    I really want to start with calisthenics, but at this moment I should lose 25 or 30 kg. I'm doing the Insanity Workout that is a bodyweight, HIIT workout. I hope I'm doing the right thing, I want to lose my weight and then start trying to win some muscle mass. Yesterday I tried to do some negative pull-ups, I wanted to do 8 but I only did 3, and today I'm destroyed. I think that exercise is incredible hard, but it works.
    If you have some recomendation, I will be so gratefull. I live in Barcelona!
