    Watching this in 2017, but so glad I was able to find a great workout only using dumbbells! I'm not a big fan of using machines at the gym so this is a great way for me to get a full body workout that I can actually be proud of. 🙂

    How heavy are your weights??? I'm starting this on Monday. Is it ok to do 3 days a week or should i do it 5 days a week?

    great energy amy. great pointers on form too. I suggest you check also on keeping chin up (not hyperextended).

    love this workout, and I am doing it 2 times a week along with cardio. Can it help me losing weight??Please suggest what is the best way to lose weight
