    Too much squatting. Needs to keep kettlebell up closer to her, not dipping so much. Hip hinge back, swing with intensity!! Should not using arms. If she can use arms needs a heavier kettlebell.

    That's not Tabata. Tabata should be maximum intensity, and you won't get that with a Kettlebell swing. Running uphill with a Kettlebell as fast as possible might work.

    poor form, means the 'instructor' does not really know how to do a kettlebell swing. See Steve Cotter's encyclopedia of kettelbells.
