    I started today and it's actually not as hard as I thought it would be for me I expected me to make it for up to 10 minutes but I made it all the way! 😀

    Who's resting at the 15 seconds? Haha I tried jogging it out but after 8 minutes of doing it I just stop and wait for the next move.

    Hello! Heard about fitness blender through a patient I worked with in physical therapy. I'm a 55 yr old physical therapist assistant (21yrs) and I love what I'm seeing!! Several days ago I did the lower body workout with your husband and now I just finished the upper body cardio. Impressed and thankful for such good stuff!!!

    That's the third time I finished this workout 😀 Still need some breaks and lower versions sometimes, but it's getting better 😉 Now I try to do it every second day, because the day after doing this my body hurts so bad 😀
