Does 'diethealth' have more advanced routines for the burpee? I read a recent (2015) article that it is better than some cardio routines given the strength attributes of the burpee but only if it (burpee) is executed a specific way.

I started a new workout this morning that had burpees and my lower back was hurting. I wish I knew about the modified burpee prior to starting the new workout. LOL. I mentioned and linked your video on my blog here http://eatfirmlove.com/zcut-power-cardio-day-1/

I learned about these from Mike Rowe, it's what he does in his hotel room to keep fit on the road.

Burpees are one of the quickest ways to raise your heart rate. Everyone should incorporate these into their workout.

I like you… You actually tell us to slow down, relax and breath if you're feeling dizzy, and not just keep going even though your head is pounding and feel so nauseous and about to faint!!! 🙂

I'd bend my legs instead of bending the back as you are showing us in the movement. Take care of your lower back, many thanks for the video

Thank you for this video. I have just started kick boxing and was told to do the modified burpee this way since I am a beginner and have back pain.
