Hi. Your workout seems so easy to do. As a beginner, procrastination has always been my biggest enemy. But I followed you working out right now, and I am glad to say I kept up. I am overweight and I am confident that with diet control, I will get on the healthy road soon enough. Thank you so much for being so good with the explaining.

If your deconditioning is accompanied by pain and/or inflexibility then I recommend a physiotherapist's assessment first. One injury could set you back even further.

<< That's me at 27. Now I'm nearly 60 and overweight. With fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis I developed such an aversion to exercise that now I'm deconditioned! I did your little workout and am not inclined to do it two more times right now. Hopefully tomorow! This is a good start for me; thanks for sharing, Darren.

I really appreciate your 'relaxed' way of teaching. I recently bought the rubber type resistance bands and was wondering if they can be incorporated into YOUR workouts? I just subscribed! ❤️

Hey its been great learning from you. I have a doubt to clear. How can I combine these exercises with running . also how many exercises should there be in a workout routine. I am a 210 pound guy, who wishes to reduce down to 170 pounds.

Great video. Very little on standard rep based movements and alot more on static holds / flow based movement. I used to do more strict rep-based calisthenic movements, now I'm trying to get more into static holds / flows.
