    This workout puts Beachbody workout videos to shame! It uses five simple exercises that most people can do even modified and it really accomplishes what it promises! Wow! I'm so happy I didn't spend $1000 on workout videos. We are lucky to get this for free!

    I'm doing this workout about every second day for over a week now and it's really working 🙂 So few words about this routine, yes it is difficult and it clearly is not for begginers. It requires some stamina, it's really hard if you are not moving at all and try doing this routine. And remember! Breathing correctly is very important! I am a dancer (bboy) and I used to have 2-4 hours dance sessions almost everyday for quite a long time so that build up some stamina for me, I had almost a year break from my dance sessions and gained some fat, this workout is really helping me to get back in shape. After this one I'm also doing other muscule workouts such as abs chest bicep etc. I'm also not getting that tired on my dance sessions anymore 🙂 Thanks for the routine man!
