If you’re looking for a lunchtime workout to either tone up or prepare for a bike event with some cardio-vascular training this 20 minute HIIT session is just what you need. Get yourself set up on a static bike, be it an indoor bike, Wattbike or turbo trainer and follow the instructions on screen. We’ve tried to make the sessions a bit tounge in cheek and fun, but at the same time, if you follow this session you will feel like you have had a proper workout. We know, we tried it!

    Could this be done on normal (dumb) trainer that doesnt have any resistance settings?

    Just simply from partaking in this diet program my results have been spectacular. It is best to google “sowo amazing plan” because the results were truly astounding. My friend has already lost 15 lbs with this diet program.

    guys dont buy supplements or preworkouts or any other gimmicky bs, just lift, eat right (stay under calories and hit macros for your goals), and do cardio (like this vid) and you'll lose as much as you should be losing, you don't need anything else besides that trust me save your money and dignity

    I've been doing GCN training videos and this group is the most annoying! The bouncy girl with the black long hair, the pretty brunette that although she keeps good form many times she takes a break when you are supposed to be hitting the hardest. And don't get me started on the self conscious blonde (she acts like she is acting for the camera)… If you are a serious athlete, a cyclist or someone who plans on exercising as part of your daily routine, skip these videos with this bunch and stick to the English group. The rest can keep watching for entertainment purposes.

    Amazing video!! Been doing it since july 2016. A question, does spinning tone legs? I have skinny legs and am aprox 1'70-129 lbs.
