    Pretty lame! Tinkerbells is right! Look up Steve Cotter or Jeff Martone for serious kettlebell. This workout is a joke!

    sorry – das ist ja peinlich. das scheinbar untertrainierte hunger-model macht die hälfte der übungen ja technisch nicht einwandfrei und auch nur auf halbem weg (siehe nur die liegestützen auf den knien!!) – das geht ja mal gar nicht. Werbe-Video für Calorienburning und dann ein Hungermodel hinstellen, das kaum die Einsteiger-Übungen korrekt hinbekommt….
