    nice workout done af after repeating it twice even if for me as an martial artist it looked just cringeeeee so i listent to the instructions and dident look at her performance but the reps were good managed well done guys

    The calorie burn count is extremely helpful ! Fitness blender is my favorite! It's basically the only exercise video I use on YouTube.

    Did this 4-26-17. So much fun, and it really keeps your mind engaged! Love kickboxing routines because I always feel tough! 😂😂. I held on to some little inserts from my leg weights while doing this and I could really feel my muscles screaming! Thank you FitnessBlender!
