2 medium bananas, frozen, preferably sliced before being frozen for easier blending
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or chunks
Cold (refrigerated) unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon ground almonds
1-2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (optional)
Blend frozen banana slices, cocoa powder, and chocolate chips or chunks with just enough almond milk to create chocolate ice cream.
Transfer chocolate ice cream to a bowl and top with a dusting of ground almonds and whole roasted peanuts.
