    I'd suggest not watching this😂.. best way too loose thigh fat would definitely be cardio such as running.. as long as you don't run up hills. Tradmilles would work great. And a healthy diet

    if you are going to do squats just sub out regular squats for wide stance squats, wide stance lengthen out the thigh muscles.

    from when I was 9 years old I am doing diet and I do sports 5 times a week ( not because I am fat )
    I don't care about my arms that there are strong but I want to start doing more exercises for my legs .
    ( not because there are fat ) just I don't want to built more muscles .
