Fat Burning Tabata Workout (HIIT)

Tabata workouts are a form of high intensity interval training (HIIT). These type of workouts expend calories quicker and burn fat faster. A tabata circuit can be any sort of exercise involving interval ranges of 20 seconds high intensity followed by a 10 second rest and then repeated to complete a 4 minute circuit. I personally am a huge fan of these kind of workouts because from my own experience doing them daily, in 3 weeks I have lost 3% body fat (nutrition although being the major factor), my cardiovascular system has significantly improved, and my muscles in my entire body look more toned. Try out this killer circuit that I created. Your heart rate will increase, you will be sweating, always go at your own pace, keep breathing, and the best part about it is you can do it at home or at the gym!!

    Is this alone enough cardio to loose weight and get cardiovascular-ly fitter ? I do Weight Training 3-4 times a week too and have my nutrition in check. btw I did my first HIIT today 😀

    Nice interval that I hope to copy.
    Not a tabata though – that would be 170% or more vo2max and the same exercise so that the same muscles are not fully recovered for the next set. The context of that is a lot harder, probably a higher work rate of the jumps. A watt bike gives you a power output to measure and reduces injury risk as form is guided

    does Tabata actually burn fat optimally when compared to HIIT? My understanding is that Tabata helps with breathing , lung capacity, recovery more than the the burning of fat calories, initiating the after burn effect and other benefits that HIIT gives?

    loved your 5 min forearm vid (which I do at home and at the gym with additional dumbbells)
    I am relaxing now at home, after a great workout at the gym – and so gonna try this tomorrow!
    So up to try it on a daily basis
