It’s the Bodyweight “HIC – HIGH INTENSE CARDIO” Routine which Men & Women can perform it at home or anywhere!
🔹Split Lunges 15/side
🔹Burpees 15reps
🔹Standing Long Jump 15
🔹Diamond Pushups 15reps
🔹Half Burpees 15reps
🔻Perform all exercise without any rest.
🔻Perform total of 4 rounds.
🔻Take 1 min rest after each round.
🔻Combine it with FIT ZONE Level 1, 2, 3 or 4

🔹For Men
🔹For Women

Gadzooks! Nikki has lost some weight! She did 100 burpees a day, every day for a year straight! Which is some kind of record. MOST people know Nikki now and don’t know the before. Well here it is…

She started with 100 burpees a day for 100 days straight. Then she kept going! Getting stronger and in better shape! She did other workouts to, but every single day…she did 100 burpees too.
The rules. 100 burpees every day. No matter how you get them. They must have the push up and the jump! And if you miss a day. You must make them up.
Example, miss Saturday and you owe 200 Sunday. Take the weekend off and your Monday is 300 burpees.
Also, no stacking or putting burpees forward. For example, if you do 200 burpees Monday and you only needed to do 100. You can’t count the extra 100 toward Tuesday, Each day brings a new 100 burpees.
No easy day! Everyday you will work towards your commitment!

    Burpees are so amazing!! , such a great exercise to get in shape and pretty fast too? so happy for you!, I workout all the time and finally got my wife hooked, its fun watching people change! so cool

    VERY inspiring. I don't do 100 for 100 days, I just start with one and add one every day until I get to 100. When I was done the 1st time around I was in the best shape of my life. So I tried to do it again last year and the weirdness in my shoulder made me stop around 60. I'm starting out again and I'm on 33 today. Your form on the burpees is perfect – amazing!!

    I understand getting moving every day is the focus, but the idea that someone should go from a sedentary lifestyle to doing 100 burpees on day 1 is a recipe for disaster. Don't do this to yourselves. Be smart, visit a personal trainer.

    I think what impressed me about this is that you were doing 100 burpees a day in addition to all your other training. I mean 100 burpees on its own is a great workout. Recently I did 100 full push-up burpees for time (10 sets of 10) and hit a PR of 13:54 at 230lbs BW. I was more wrecked after that, than 45 minutes rotating between the Prowler, pull-ups, and bleacher runs. They're so mentally taxing that I do 100 only 2x per week. I'm guessing that Satan has people doing burpees for eternity in the lowest level of hell. Haha
