🔹Split Lunges 15/side
🔹Standing Long Jump 15
🔹Diamond Pushups 15reps
🔹Half Burpees 15reps
🔻Perform all exercise without any rest.
🔻Perform total of 4 rounds.
🔻Take 1 min rest after each round.
🔻Combine it with FIT ZONE Level 1, 2, 3 or 4

She started with 100 burpees a day for 100 days straight. Then she kept going! Getting stronger and in better shape! She did other workouts to, but every single day…she did 100 burpees too.
The rules. 100 burpees every day. No matter how you get them. They must have the push up and the jump! And if you miss a day. You must make them up.
Example, miss Saturday and you owe 200 Sunday. Take the weekend off and your Monday is 300 burpees.
Also, no stacking or putting burpees forward. For example, if you do 200 burpees Monday and you only needed to do 100. You can’t count the extra 100 toward Tuesday, Each day brings a new 100 burpees.
No easy day! Everyday you will work towards your commitment!
