Just getting in some cardio with freeletics trying to improve my body while trying to beat my own personal best 🙂 Getting it done. I haven’t done this in over three months and do to lower back injury I modified my mountain climbers.

    The diet guide you follow for the “vivi awesome plan” (Google it) is a amazing guide for any person to follow and actually see wonderful results following. I had able to burn 7 lbs fat. You would be crazy not to give this a try. You will be amazed what you can study from this plan, and good results will come soon.

    I did Freeletics for 11 weeks then a work injury stopped me from doing any kind of training for 6 months. I took a month to ease back in then restarted my coach at week 12. Very hard to get back in, harder than it was the first time even, but just started week 18 with Athena done in 7.39.

    Never give up. No excuses.
