Here is the breakdown of my circuit workout. Grab some water because this is a KILLER workout that will help you burn a ton of calories.

Exercise 1: Front Squat x 12
Exercise 2: Squat with Lateral Leg Raise x 15/side
Exercise 3: Resistance Band Lateral Side Step x 20/side
Exercise 4: Chin-up – failure
Exercise 5: Push-up x 12
Exercise 6: Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds

Because I had a busy full time career, I didn’t make time for sports and because I didn’t know anything about being a fitness model. I gained 15 pounds of fat, mostly around my mid-section. My husband says I could have been the face for “Flabbylicious Fitness” if I didn’t change my ways.

I was 24 and rolley for the first time in my life and never dreamed of having a fitness model body. It was really depressing. I knew I needed a change. I joined a gym and hired a personal trainer to learn the best women exercises as I was intimidated by weights and all the machines for female fitness.

I lost 12 pounds within the first month of working out. I saw muscle in my arms that I had never seen before. Of course I LOVED IT! The next few years was an on again, off again type of women exercise. When I was about to go on vacation, I would workout, drop weight and when I got back from vacation, I wasn’t motivated until it was time to leave again. Not a great strategy if you want to look like a hot fitness model.

It wasn’t until I began to become interested in nutrition, that things really changed. I hated doing these crazy diets every time I wanted to look good again. I realized the only reason I was re-bounding was related to the crazy, stupid, carb-free diets I would go on in order to lose the weight fast. Super fast weight loss does NOT exist ladies!

I began to study nutrition and became, some would say, obsessed with workout exercises for women and toning exercises for women. Plus I got crazy about learning nutrition for females. I was making better food choices and was looking pretty good. I loved the knowledge that I was gaining, especially on the best weight training exercises for women, and decided that I wanted to learn more. I became a certified personal trainer and was training all my friends and nursing colleagues. I realized that the missing component was a strong nutrition background.

I appeared in a few of Vince’s YouTube videos and then had my Facebook Inbox flooded with emails asking me for advice and I really wanted to help them discover the same info on butt workout routines that changed my body around. FULL BODY BLAST Workout -- Bodyweight Only (Super HARD!!!)

Hit your entire body!

In today’s full body blast workout, you’ll be getting a super hard cardio and strength workout using only bodyweight exercises. This home workout will tone up the entire body — arms, abs, back, legs, chest and butt as well as burn fat for weight loss.

1) Krav Burpees — This killer bodyweight exercise combines the traditional burpee with some Krav Maga hand strikes to help firm arms.

2) Elbow Up Hip Twist — This arms and abs exercise will tone the triceps and challenge the core.

3) Squat Jump Touch Downs (with Tuck) — This cardio move will shape the legs and offers a conditioning challenge as well.

4) One-Arm Mountain Climbers (Each Arm) — Helps tone abs and lose body fat.

5) Double High Knees — Great cardio weight loss move!

6) Rope Pulls — This body weight exercise challenges the abs like none other.

    I'm following a different program and I lift 3 times a week and besides hiit training I do steady state cardio 2-3 days a week, I'm cutting right now. Could I do these workouts twice a week or something instead of the steady state cardio or will it interfere with the training effect of my lifting program?

    I love all your videos but how many rounds did you make before this video?why are you so tired?you are so worked out perfect body muscles all you need…i'm tired after first round…i'm finished after 3,but you do this all day,you are trained so why are you tired? did you have a hard workout day before the video and maybe that's's just a question don't be upset.i'm still watching all your videos because I admire you a lot

    hello, I had a quick question. I know their is no difference between the athlean x men. Push up, can it be done on your need or has to be done like regular. Or do you builded up to doing it not on your knee. I don't want to cheat my body and it's full potential

    u look in shape, but cardio and heart rate dont lie. you stop too much in an interval workout. not motivating.

    LOOOOOOVE Krav burpees! I don't have a bag like that but I have a Fight Monkey ball so I hit that but I gotta move away for the pushup so I add a forward hop to reach the ball again…it's awesome!
