ADVANCED 300 WORKOUT

– Hanging Bat Crunches x 40
– 1 Arm Chinups x 10 left

    I was looking for a good portable workout for when I travel. I found this. Have been at it about 3 weeks. doing sets of, 3, 4, 5 up to 10 reps of each. It is JUST barely beginner, but that's okay. Hard enough for me for now. I will try the other beginner workout based on how excellent this one is. I am noticing a very rapid increase in fitness level, endurance and strength and the workout gets a little easier to do every single day, which is really helpful and encouraging. Digging it. Thanks.

    man this was amazing brian, been looking for somthing like this for so long, thank you thank you thank you. i love having things i can do with body weight only sinse i dont have a gym, i know i may not get "shredded" with these workouts but when i do them i do feel my strength gaining, and that makes me feel good. thank you for taking the time to make the video
