    Overweight doesn´t actually stop moving (of course it depends how much extra you have) but always you can do good for yourself with exercise even it is 10minutes easy chair exercise or stretching 15 minutes on bed. You can start there I often fool myself by waiting train do some easy movements while I stand there and then I watch my favorite tv-serie or music videos I use crostrainer and rowing machine 🙂 You just have to learn your own body. This video is good example!!! HUGS_SUPPORT for all size fabulous ladies and I love Cece chanel more this!
