Why you should do HIIT:


Home HIIT 1: 20 seconds of Squat Jumps, 20 second Plank, 20 second rest x 10.

Home HIIT 2: 20 seconds of Jump Lunges, 20 seconds of Pushups, 20 second rest x 10.

Home HIIT 3: 20 seconds of Burpees, 20 seconds of Bicycle Crunches, 20 second rest x 10.

Gym HIIT 1: Treadmill Hill Sprints, 20 seconds, 40 second rest X 10.

Gym HIIT 2. 20 second of Deadlifts, 20 second of Burpees, 20 second rest X 10.

Gym HIIT 3: 20seconds of Push Press to Overhead Extension, 20 seconds of Skipping, 20 second rest x 10.

One HIIT to be used per workout, 20 seconds of each exercise followed by a 20 second rest, each routine is for 10 sets making the workout 10 minutes in total. Enjoy!

    This is a horrible demo. I'm sorry but you can clearly see her back sag each and every push-up. Furthermore her knees go way past her toes every time she comes up. Very tough to watch her struggle through them and showing people how to do it. There are better resources out there for burpees.

    How come can you keep this body fit all the time.I do understand that you have this healthy lifestyle and clean eating habits.

    But once in a while dont you want to eat what you want to eat and watch tv all the day long without doing anything.
