Top Oblique Crunch — There are two variations on this abs exercise, one for beginners and one for advanced. This will help you work the side of your body.

Knee to Elbow Crunch — This is a variation on the classic bicycle obliques exercises which works the muscles by rotating them…very effective.

    OMG, you have made a special place in Hell just for me!!! My arms go to jelly when I plank. They vibrate when I do a side plank…..all that weight on one arm!!!! But to do a side plank WITH A CRUNCH!!…while burping and climbing mountains is just too much for my feeble mind….and arms

    I love your workouts but I have anemia (iron deficient) which causes me to be greatly fatigue. Will this workout still work if I take small breaks between?
