Thank you so much. I am 250lbs woman. Fat.

I am okay with that work for myself (no one else should be called that)

I was dx with EDS as a teen and cannot go to the gym without serious injury.

I miss sports and finally gotten back in workouts.

But ashamed to admit but everything needs to be modified.

Thank you for showing respect. This is short, to the point, and focused.

great idea, simple and perfect. my whole family has flexibility issues, I can't do the squat to the ground without having to kickout early and it all starts to be something different and not feeling good. and PEANUT!!!

I have an old wrist injury and I can't support my weight on my wrists with my hands at any more than about a 45 degree angle to my forearms. Is there a way to modify burpees so I don't have have a 90 degree angle between my hand and my arm? Nobody offers any modifications for that. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks!

Thank you so much for these modifications. I googled and you were the first trainer that really understood that modifications need to be made for people that are actually obese!!!  So many workouts are designed for people that are already in shape.  You have a new subscriber, thanks again.
