The workout!

1. Sprint to the 50 yard line and then jog back

6 sets
2. Tuck Jumps — 6 reps followed immediately by a 50 yard sprint and then walk back

3 sets
3. Plyo Pushup — 6 reps followed immediately by a 50 yard sprint and then walk back

3 sets
4. Skier Hops — 6 reps followed immediately by a 50 yard sprint and then walk back

3 sets
5. Cooldown!

take a light jog to cooldown
stretch!

    what burns more calories? … 15 minutes of high intensity training burning 1500 calories per hour or 30 minutes running burning 1000 calories per hour?

    I've been doing these with burpees as well just nut them all out in one go, jog back. Had definitely had some good cardio effect.

    This whole workout on an empty stomach (in the morning), just like I always did with regular long-distance runs?

    Goal is to lose 10 pounds to get back in the 150's….and get back to my level of fitness a year ago. I felt super good then, fell out of working out for a bit, but having been building muscle and am ready to feel good again 🙂

    Tried this workout last night…really got the heart rate pumping. Good mix of exercises for core strength too. I like the encouragement to work at your own pace too. Nice video!

    i started today and i absolutely kicked butt!!! with the music i had on and this workout i worked out with a lot of energy and motivation, even though i was by myself. i really want to lose about 20kgs and i understand that i have to put in the effort and work also eating healthier will help me accomplish my goals. i can't wait to continue on. #TeamMillionareHoy

    Millionaire Hoy,as a woman of a "certain age",I do this routine 3 days a week,with Pilates/stretching on the other days. I'm wrapping up week 3 on this routine and can feel the changes– more energy and looser fitting clothing! 🙂

    Thank you SO MUCH for the modifications;it helps me work up to the more standard versions of each exercise. I look forward to improving more each day and moving on to more advanced routines.
