    when I do squats I notice I lean foward 🙁 I know I'm doing it wrong.. how can I learn to do it well. I don't feel anything on my butt and my knees hurt so definitely I know I'm doing it wrong

    why am I having more trouble sitting down than rope jumping lol like I have to lift my heels to go as low as her.. if I put my heels down I fall on my butt
