    I started doing a 1000 Jump ropes a day. Only been 4 days and I feel good first I wanted 500 then that came easy and now I feel like I can do 2000 a day. I'm going to keep doing this consistently for a month and see where it takes me. Currently at 255lbs looking to just lose 5lbs by the end of April but yea thank you for sharing your stories

    Hey guys. Been skipping for years but recently gained a bit. Is it ok to alternate skipping rope and doing yoga in the week? I'd like to do this for 2 weeks as pre-training before hitting weights.

    I've gone from 258lbs to 231lbs thanks to a combination of Calisthenics, Jump rope, roadwork Jogging and Intermittent Fasting. I'm aiming for 190lbs. I also did 100 double unders last week thanks to you guys. man. I love this channel!!!
