-1 min jump rope – follow me
-1 min jump rope – follow me
-1 min jump rope – follow me
-1 min jump rope – follow me

**rest 30 sec between exercises
**rest 1 min between circuits
**complete circuit 2-3x total

    I am doing it without a rope, same intensity and usually strive for 40 minutes with your workouts. Will I get the same results as if I used a rope?

    hi Zen dudes. Its Vivek. I have recently started your 4 week challenge and completed week 2. The workout is awesome. The sweat is extensive and the intensity is great, but problem is that my inner shins are hurting after the workout. I completely follow warm up and proper workout under six minutes each set.
    Please suggest something to avoid this pain in shins.

    Play on playa! But… jumping rope for a minute continuously without tripping over it is my Christmass wish 🙁 Also, isn't that surface too hard for jumping rope?
    Is that a parking lot in Miami? That city built up!

    Hi Zen Dude Fitness. Can I get ripped and shredded with rope jumping and diet only? I mean what if I dont lift weights can I still get a lean body like you guys and a flat stomach with rope jumping everyday and eating clean?

    Keep up the good work guys, like I said before you are an inspiration to get leaner and sexier. I mean just look at your physiques! A jump rope is my God as it gives that sexy physique I'm sure 😉

    If I'm doing a cardio/endurance work out with a jump rope…how long is it ok to jump for (longest interval) without rest.  I live in a place where it is difficult for me to get out and do my long runs, so I am looking to replace this with jump rope.  Thanks for the videos, guys! :))

    Which Android apps do you recommend, to control the workout ?
    It can be a timer app, or one specific for jumping rope.

    hey zen dudes, just wanted to know if you would recommend jumping rope to those who have suffered more than one knee surgery or injury.  Also what is your last name cuz I can't tell if you're saying "Wimmer" or "Webber" and my last name is "Wimmer" lol.  Thanks for the vid!!!
