    Subscribed. after watching almost 50 jump rope tutorials for exercise and this is the more realistic ones for beginners.

    I am so glad you aren't one of those purist instructors that are professing about right and wrong way to jump rope. Thank you for sharing. Purists will jump immediately at you saying that this is the wrong way to jump rope (2 hops per rope swing) and would instead want you to do a hop per swing.
