Damn, 57 lbs…and I thought I was kicking pretty well. I knew it was heavier by the way y it moved while doing your swings..I think I'd better get to a 16 kg or a 35-40 lb more sooner than later..
Im not stopping now Zack…Feelin too good. 🙂 I'll check back in with ya time to time. BTW the double kb circuit sounds great. Cant wait to see it. Take care and keep up the good work.
BTW, have several retired Firefighter buddies im referring your workouts to…Cant wait to get their feedback.

Max. Just want to say thanks for posting all your circuits. Been doing tabata style kettle bell and cardio for quote some time. Usually 30/15 or 40/20 routines. Didn't jump into the 50/10 and 60/10 until I found your circuits. They are awesome and at 57, I feel the best I have ever felt. Very gratifying. If I may what size KB are you using. Right now Im using a 30 lb KB..Not sure Im ready to go heavier just yet but Im pushin it.. Thanks for the motivation. Awesome!!

Hey Max! Great video. Great energy too. One note: It seems you are pushing the kettlebell mainly with your arms. I have learned that the hips/inner thighs should thrust the kettlebell forward.
