    Okay, so this is my sixth day of doing this workout, and I skipped yesterday because I was not feeling well. However, DO NOT SKIP DOING THIS WORKOUT, I was doing just fine on my 4th day and just because I didn't do it yesterday, today was 5oo times harder to finish it. Anyways, good luck to everyone doing this, do not give up!

    Can you loose leg muscles if you stop exercising them but do running/ jogging instead??

    i felt the pain on my supporting leg more rather than the one that was doing the exercise
