    As fabulous as these exercises are for burning fat and raising metabolism, your body decides where it chooses to lose fat….you cant spot train the areas you want to lose fat. The video description box is misleading to your audience. Yes, these exercise are awesome for building strength and toning the legs and burning fat…but…where you lose the fat is not in our control. Love the athlean x team, and Jeff's (AthleanX) very informative videos but was disappointed that it was misleading as people are looking for guidance.

    Since I started to do exercise I went with the nutritionist to control my eating habits, it's important to me to combine exercise with a good diet. I have almost two month doing exercise and eating healthy, I can see the difference on my legs and my belly with your routine. Believe me even my attitude is changing. I started with 66 kg and now I have 60 kg.
