    the 3 rd time in about 2 weeks that I do this workout . must say it is so so good…and some great results already. definetly one of my favorite lower body workouts.     I've been using your videos for a few months, and just found this one… I really liked the format of it! I was exhausted, but the time flew by, being it was a lot of reps and less exercises. I hope you do more!… I swapped the last exercise for a plank, hard! but worth it
