If you want to change your body, it is always critical to pay attention to your diet. Without low levels of body fat, you will never see your abs. Percentage wise this is usually in the single digits for men and low teens for women. Diet and metabolic calculators are highly flawed as there are so many components involved. A simple way is to find out how many calories you already eat, and notice if you’re gaining, losing or maintaining your weight, and how fast.
