    No BS here, this video was super informative. I have never done a kettlebell swing in my life. I'm not sure how I can incorporate them into my powerlifting training without impeding recovery. If you don't mind, could you please make any recommendations that I could add them as accessory work? Should I do them on squat/deadlift days?

    I've never tried kettlebell work at all, probably something I'm missing from the looks of it.

    I use to ad a squat to them and have the momentum shoot them threw my legs, going to try them your way to see the difference.

    Been doing kettlebell exercises in my routine for a minute may give one of your routines this week at the park on a day when it's not a down pour of rain. Awesome video as always

    Great instructional video. I used to love Kettlebell swings – I don't know why I stopped doing them. Will dust mine off and get some reps in tonight!
