    well I'm 47 and I've been doing this challenge for a year,,,, i grew two inches on my arse,,, i measured ,,,,, and almost all my dimples are gone,,,, I'm not stopping till i have what i want,,,,, don't give up people,,,and improvise the workout,,,, if you can't jump,,then squat.

    Nearly two months of this, legs are getting tighter, my core is better better, ass is starting to get round and tight. I use a Kettlebell of 4kg for this, helps with the toning for sure. Thanks for the video, 🙂

    I just finished this and I don't think I've ever appreciated my legs before this workout. I literally forgot how to walk. My legs refuse to walk. I'm gonna do this for a whole month starting today. Hopefully I see a difference. Will update again in a monthhhhh hopefully
