    To add at least 2" to your vertical leap, along with workouts, you need to enhance the electrical impulse from the brain to your muscle.

    One thing I would like to add to a great video and ideas, but I would steer clear of the tricep dips like this. I know its common in school athletics to do them that way off a bench, but they really compromise the shoulder and place it in a very bad position. Tricep dips at a dip station are better, keeping hands directly below the shoulders versus far behind the shoulder.

    I liked your video and have a question, what is a good height to begin with for ploy box jump exercises?I'm 6'4" and 170 pounds in fairly good shape, but have never done plyo training exercises.
