    I used to do fitness blender's 37 min cardio workout basically everyday then I decided to include this hiit workout into my routine so did it once and i was soo exhausted that i couldn't even move the next my calves got hard and swollen, it was like that for a week. I instantly thought it's because of this workout and I stopped. Should I try doing this workout again? Please help

    I have yet to make it through this workout and I have tried it 2 or 3 times now? This is definitely a 5 on the difficulty level.

    Was having a panic attack so I went here and by the time I was done I noticed that I wasn't panicking anymore. Working out really do help you relax and makes you focus on what you're doing. I want to thank you but it doesn't seem like it's enough
