    I like 'Press pause to try the exercise'. This is the website to give this option. You can actually do your exercise in a good manner. Sometimes its hard to do exercise according to the video as we all need atleast 5 or 10 sec to understand the step. But these guys have taken care of it. So i like it

    I am 35 years old, 50 pounds overweight and was physically fatigued and mentally exhausted after several stressful years.     Who would`ve thought that I has been capable of achieving these fantastic results? I actually never thought in five days that I would be able to drop 6 lbs.
